This is a pretty funny story... A small town is getting overrun by Feral Cats. The problem is so bad the town puts a 5 dollar bounty on the cats. People are getting money for turning in the live cats. If the cats aren't claimed within a certain amount of time their killed... Thats just mean...

That's kinda stupid... Twenty-Nine students got 2 days worth of detention for paying for $2 lunches with pennies? Its not like its Illegal or anything. It's actually a pretty clever way to get rid of a bunch of change. What do you guys think?
